A former 14,590-square foot church property located in San Diego’s Golden Hill neighborhood has been sold for $1.4 million. The buyer was Newport Beach, CA-based WLA Investments, while the seller was Little Point LLC.
The site, which includes a vacant 5,163-square foot church building, is slated to become a new residential development. WLA Investments plans a multifamily development in the future at the site located at 3060 Broadway St.
Colliers International San Diego Region’s Joe Brady and Victor Krebs represented both parties in the transaction.
Brady says, “Close to downtown San Diego, Golden Hill is a highly desirable location for new residential development. The new ownership will be able to capitalize on Golden Hill’s continued strong rental growth and renter demand.”
