Savanna’s 106 W. 56th St. boutique office tower, The Six, is getting off to a big start with a small lease, the New York Post reported. Chicago-based real estate investor CA Ventures will establish a New York office with a deal for the full, 2,473-square-foot 22nd floor at the 90,000-square-foot mini-tower.

The Post reported that the idea behind The Six was to allow smaller, high-end users, such as investment funds and wealth managers, to have a full floor to themselves. Marketing of the property is led by a CBRE team of Peter Turchin, Caroline Merck, Christie Harle and Brad Auerbach. CBRE’s Ramsey Feher and Brett Kaye spoke for CA Ventures.

Turchin said the building offers the “rare ability for small, high-end users to control a full floor, which allows for ultimate control, presence and branding.”
