Savills Studley Acquires Cresa OC

In a move that dramatically increases its footprint in the market, Savills Studley acquired Cresa Orange County. Savills Studley’s existing office in Irvine and Cresa’s Newport Beach office, will consolidate into a new, single workplace by midyear.

Savills Studley’s Royce Sharf will co-manage the new operations, along with Pat Murphy, who joins from Cresa. The merged operations’ total headcount of 56 makes Savills Studley the largest tenant advisory group in the region.

The deal also underscores Savills Studley’s ongoing initiative to expand its platform nationally. The company provides tenant representation, transaction management, project administration and workplace solutions to occupiers across all industries, with a particular emphasis on the aerospace, technology and professional services sectors.
