Savills Studley’s National Retail Services Group represented the sellers of two trophy Southern California shopping centers, one located in San Diego, and the other in Westlake Village, CA. San Francisco-based Stockbridge Capital Group acquired Mira Mesa Marketplace for $229 million.

The 487,807-square-foot regional shopping center is located on Mira Mesa Blvd. at the 15 freeway. The center is anchored by Smart & Final Extra, CVS, Home Depot, Edwards Theatre, Ross, Old Navy, and Barnes & Noble.

San Diego-based ROIC California acquired the other asset, North Ranch Shopping Center, a 146,625-square-foot neighborhood shopping center for $122.8 million.

Savills Studley’s Bill Bauman and Kyle Miller represented the sellers in the transactions. The buyers were self represented.
