Savills Studley Relocates to Irvine Co.’s 520 Newport Center

Connect Orange County is coming up July 27th at the Balboa Bay Club. Early Bird pricing ends June 30th (that’s today), here’s where to register.

Savills Studley signed a long-term lease for a full floor, totaling 17,675 square feet, at Irvine Company Office Properties’ 520 Newport Center Dr. in Newport Beach, CA. The firm plans to take occupancy of the building’s eighth floor, the last available space in the 21-story, 326,000-square-foot office tower, in September 2017.

The relocation will combine the brokerage firm’s two existing offices at 19100 Von Karman Ave. in Irvine, and 610 Newport Center Dr. in Newport Beach.

Savills Studley’s Royce Sharf says, “The new office allows us to fully integrate our teams and create a connected environment that facilitates communication and cooperation.”

The space is being designed by LPA architects, and will feature a modern aesthetic with an emphasis on simplicity and openness. That includes a series of strategically located collaborative hubs, and flexible meeting areas for internal and external gatherings.
