Remington Office Court, an office complex located at 1305-1375 Remington Rd. in Schaumburg, IL, recently sold for an undisclosed sum. Olivia Czyzynski, Nathalie Fisher, and Jennifer Hopkins of SVN | Chicago Commercial represented the seller in the transaction, while Steve Chrastka and Jason Wurtz of NAI Hiffman represented the buyer, The Equitable Funds.
The SVN Chicago team said the buyer was identified through its comprehensive targeted marketing system within five weeks of listing the asset, all while the pandemic was beginning to grip the country.
After successfully leasing the office complex for the previous two years, thus increasing the value of the property, the team met the client’s pricing expectations and carried out the successful sale of the property.
