Seagate Properties’ Conely Retires

John Conely, a longtime partner at San Rafael, CA-based Seagate Properties, Inc., retired as a principal and officer of the CRE investment firm. Conely’s retirement brings to close a more than 22-year career of continuous service at the company.

Conely joined Seagate Properties in 1994 and was responsible for capital market relationships, asset management and redevelopment of CRE properties. He was instrumental in leading the company’s expansion into the pension and institutional real estate advisory markets and portfolios.

Prior to joining Seagate, Conely was a partner at The RREEF funds for 14 years. There he was responsible for more than $1 billion in real estate portfolios and separate accounts.

He remains active in personal investments as well as volunteer activities throughout the Greater Bay Area.
