Seattle-based Unico Properties LLC has acquired the 15-story 1875 Lawrence office building in downtown Denver through an off-market transaction. DPC Development Co. sold the 192,541-square-foot property for an undisclosed price. DPC had acquired the building from Dallas-based Behringer Harvard Inc. in July 2014 for $46.7 million.
1875 Lawrence was built in 1982. Ardent Mills is the building’s anchor tenant. The asset is the latest of several downtown Denver purchases for Unico. Marry Sullivan and John Jugl of HFF brokered the transaction. The new owner plans to invest in building improvements.
