A 76,000-square-foot suburban Dallas office building housing Comerica Bank is slated for new additions, based on plans by owner Serene Global. The building at 811 S. Central Expwy. in Richardson will be upgraded, and the developer plans to add three more to create a mixed-use asset.
Serene Global acquired the property at U.S. Highway 75 and Spring Valley Road in early 2017, and is planning:
- A 14-story retail, parking and apartment tower on the site’s north side. The tower would have 15,000 square feet of retail space and 160 units.
- Two small office and retail buildings, totaling close to 20,000 square feet. An on-site motor bank would be demolished to make room for the new structures.
