A seven-property high-profile multifamily portfolio in San Francisco, with a combined square footage totaling 124,260, has traded for $90 million. Historic architectural features can be found throughout the portfolio’s 176 residential units.
The collection of trophy properties, which sit in highly sought-after ,prestigious San Francisco neighborhoods, are located at 643 Divisadero St., 1128 Valencia St., 956 Valencia St. (pictured), 901 Valencia St., 970 Geary St., 954 Geary St. and 704 Bush St.
Colliers International’s James Devincenti and Brad Lagomarsino, along with Eastdil Secured’s Eve Myers, Joseph Smolen, Mark Petersen, Jeffrey Weber and Will Purcell, brokered the sale on behalf of the buyers and sellers.
Devincenti says, “This opportunity was part of a larger, 12-building apartment portfolio sale and disposition strategy that involved three different buyer groups, which in the end allowed the sellers to obtain higher amounts than they would have if sold together.”
