Ronalee Properties Inc. wants to sell a single-family portfolio consisting of 117 homes, the majority of which are on San Antonio’s Far West Side. The local seller is asking approximately $22.1 million for the portfolio, which breaks out to about $188,889 per house. All homes are within a one-mile radius of each other.
According to the San Antonio Business Journal, Ronalee Properties, led by Ronalee Dobroslavic, began buying the homes in January 2005, and stopped in spring 2008. He then acquired a few dozen more between June 2014 and November 2015. Loan records demonstrate that many of his earlier purchases were made for less than $100,000, with some of the properties valued at more than $200,000.
The houses are approximately 10 years old, range from two to four bedrooms, and rent for an average of $1,378. The average size is approximately 1,725 square feet.
