Shift Snags Full-Building in Whittier

Irvine, CA-based Greenlaw Partners and partner Nuveen signed a 153,080-square-foot lease with Shift at 12910 Mulberry Dr. in Whittier, CA. The tenant is an online marketplace to buy and sell used cars.

The 1961-era property features ample parking, 17 loading docks, seven-ground level doors, and each unit has a fenced lot. The industrial building was acquired last year by the Greenlaw/Nuveen partnership from Indio Products for $21.3 million.

Kidder Mathews’ Trevor Gale, Mark Vanis, Jon Reno and Connor Ulf represented the tenant. JLL’s Cameron Driscoll, Zac Sakowski and Luke McDaniel advised the landlord.
