Shoppes at Chino Hills Trades for $147M

The Shoppes at Chino Hills, a lifestyle center in San Bernardino County’s Chino Hills, was recently sold by MX3 Ventures to Dunhill Partners for $147 million. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler brokered the sale of the property for MX3.

Tenants in the 96-percent leased Shoppes at Chino Hills include Forever 21, H&M, Trader Joe’s and others. The property was originally developed by Opus West in 2008.

Ryan Gallagher and CJ Osbrink led the HFF team in charge of the sale.

When MX3 purchased Shoppes at Chino Hills in 2010, it was reportedly only 70-percent leased. The management firm that leased the property for MX3 was PMRG.
