Culichi Town signed a lease to open its 10th California restaurant, and first location in the High Desert region of SoCal’s Inland Empire. The 6,000 square-foot restaurant at 12728 Main Street in Hesperia, CA will join the popular family-friendly chain founded by Ramon Guerrero and his family that serves “Sinaloa-style” meals.
Construction is underway, and the location is projected to open next month. Built in the late 1990s and renovated in 2017, the site is ideally located in one of the busiest retail hubs in the High Desert.
Karpe Commercial Real Estate’s Jose Chavez represented the tenant. Progressive Real Estate Partners’ Gretchen Lastra and Chris Lindholm exclusively marketed the property and represented the lessor, Hesperia-based Lemar Investments.
