Skava Gets Bought for $120M by Infosys!

Well, the tech industry in the Bay Area doesn’t seem to be settling down. Skava, a firm that provides solutions for big-box retailers, is getting acquired by Infosys, a corporation based in India that specializes in the same business plan. Infosys has $8.7-billion in revenue annually, so this is bound to have an impact on the industrial and warehouse market in the Bay Area.
