Commercial plumbing manufacturer Sloan has signed a lease with Sterling Bay at 333 N. Green St. in the Fulton Market District. Sloan will occupy 20,000 square feet for its first Chicago showroom.

This lease marks the new office and retail building as 93% leased, with tenants including WPP, EY wavespace, Convene and Sterling Bay’s own headquarters. “Like Sterling Bay, Sloan is an industry-leading business born right here in Chicago and we are thrilled to help take its operation to the next level in Fulton Market,” said Andy Gloor, CEO of Sterling Bay.

Sloan CEO Graham Allen said, “Opening an office showroom in Fulton Market allows us to put ourselves in the middle of the action, get closer to the local architecture and design community, and draw on a deeper talent pool.”

Sterling Bay’s Russ Cora and Gillian Keebler negotiated the transaction. Larry Cohn, senior broker at @properties, represented the tenant.
