Houston-based SLS Properties struck a deal with Braun Enterprises to buy the Bellaire Atrium I and II at 5909 and 5959 W. Loop S. in Bellaire TX, a Houston suburb. The two-building, 152,304-square-foot asset sold for an undisclosed price. The Harris Central Appraisal District values the properties at a combined $14.1 million. CBRE’s Todd Casper and Michael Hassler represented the seller.
The two buildings on the Houston metro’s southwest side are 91% occupied, and home to a diverse roster of tenants. The tenant mix consists of accounting and financial planning businesses, as well as healthcare, due to the buildings’ proximity to the Texas Medical Center.
“We are excited about purchasing these office properties fronting the (Interstate) 610 Loop, as they have a history of serving the Bellaire and West University Place neighborhoods,” said SLS Properties’ Danny Sheena.
