Software Firm Clubhouse Inks Sublease in NoMad

Clubhouse Software, which provides project management tools for software development teams, has signed a 5,703-square-foot, short-term sublease to relocate and expand its New York City offices at the Kaufman Organization’s 45 W. 27th St. in NoMad. The tech company, which counts Conde Nast and Deloitte among its clients, is subleasing from business intelligence firm Cuebig.

“Clubhouse needed a flexible space with modern amenities and tech-forward infrastructure to effectively accommodate its rapid growth,” said Kaufman partner Michael Kaufman. “45W27 offers this young, growing firm a turnkey, thoughtfully-designed space featuring a unique and progressive aesthetic.”

Michael Kaufman represented the tenant, while Michael Heaner and Elliot Warren, also of Kaufman, represented the sub-landlord in the transaction. 45 W. 27th is part of Kaufman’s Madison Square Portfolio, which achieved 100% lease-up earlier this year.
