OpenText pre-leased 108,015 square feet in Bay Meadows Station 3 in San Mateo, CA. Bay Meadows Station is a mixed-use, transit-oriented project under development by San Francisco’s Wilson Meany and Stockbridge.
The Canadian-based enterprise software company committed to two floors in the 174,000-square-foot building that is under construction and slated for occupancy by mid-2017.
The former 83-acre Bay Meadows racetrack is being redeveloped into 763,000 square feet of office space, 1,110 residential units and 18 acres of public parks. The site is next to a planned Hillside Caltrain Station slated to start construction next year.
Newmark, Cornish & Carey’s Robert Garner, Jack Troedson and Josh Rowell handle leasing at the property.
