Software Trainer Opens First OC Bootcamp

Coding Dojo signed a 12,000-square-foot lease at the Hive, a 190,000-square-foot creative office campus at 3333 Susan St. in Costa Mesa, CA. This is Coding Dojo’s first Orange County location, which will be used for coding bootcamp. The space is also in the same complex where the Chargers football team leases space.

JLL’s Scott Wetzel represented the tenant, which provides software development training programs. NKGF’s Jay Nugent, George Thomson and Naomi Rizkowsky represented the landlord, a joint venture between Steelwave and Goldman Sachs.

Hive features an indoor-outdoor work environment that’s been redesigned into an inspiring, amenity rich campus. The mix of flexible work and social spaces appeals to creative work cultures, and is serving as a catalyst for the area.

Coding Dojo has additional locations in Los Angeles, the Bay Area, Seattle, Dallas, Washington D.C. and Chicago.
