Solar Energy Storage Company Expands in Sorrento Valley

IDemand Energy Storage, Inc. (iDES3) signed a 17,087-square-foot industrial lease valued at $1.3 million at Camino Santa Fe Business Park in San Diego’s Sorrento Valley. The manufacturer of solar energy storage systems is expanding from 5,000 square feet within the Miramar submarket in a corporate headquarters relocation transaction.

Lee & Associates’ Alex Weiss represented the tenant. Cushman & Wakefield’s Ryan Spradling and Brant Aberg represented the landlord, Rreef America Reit II Corp, JJ.

The property is at 8320 Camino Santa Fe, and is part of a 172,642-square-foot business park. The suite is configured as 50% office space and 50% warehouse, with two dock doors and five grade-level doors.
