Somerset Development has signed its first office lease at Bell Works Chicagoland, the redevelopment of the 1.65-million-square-foot former AT&T headquarters in Hoffman Estates, IL. Boutique accounting firm CPA Advisors Group will lease 1,500 square feet of space.
Additionally, the property will soon welcome an outpost for Fairgrounds Craft Coffee and Tea. The café will operate a kiosk at Bell Works Chicagoland beginning in December, with plans to open a permanent Fairgrounds location with a full cocktail bar onsite in early 2022.
“Our first leases at Bell Works Chicagoland are so much more than just leases – they are the affirmation that this longstanding property, which was home to thousands of workers in the region, is once again alive,” said Somerset president Ralph Zucker.
Colliers International’s Steve Kling, Francis Prock and Jason Simon, and The Garibaldi Group’s Jeffrey Garibaldi, Sr., Tara Keating and Lindsey Florio are the property’s exclusive office leasing teams.
