The Pierini Iron Works Building located at 6200 S Sayre Ave. in Chicago sold to an unnamed purchaser for an undisclosed amount. The 35,000-square-foot industrial building sits on approximately two acres in the South Side’s Garfield Ridge neighborhood.
Beverly Hayes and Daniel Vanchieri of SVN Chicago Commercial were the sole brokers in the transaction.
“Third time’s a charm! This was the third time this property was listed in four years,” said Hayes, senior industrial advisor with SVN Chicago Commercial. “We had an immense amount of interest even though it was listed in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. Everyone who toured the property was impressed with the land site and the overall well-kept condition of the building.”
