Coldwell Banker Commercial has brokered the $1.1 million sale of a three-acre development site nearby the University of West Florida in Pensacola.
The buyer, national student living investor and developer Spectra Student Living, plans to build new apartment buildings geared towards students attending the University due to ongoing demand for student housing. The 72,000-square-foot planned community will consist of 66 units made up of one-, two- and four-bedroom units.
Melissa Simpson of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented Spectra Student Living in the transaction. The undisclosed seller was represented by Christopher Green of Coldwell Banker Commercial.
