Sprouts Adds Second Location in Rancho Cucamonga

Sprouts Farmers Market signed a 35,250-square-foot lease to anchor Alta Loma Plaza in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Sprouts plans to make a multi-million-dollar investment to upgrade both the interior and exterior of the store that is expected to open next spring.

The more than 70,000-square-foot neighborhood center is located at 6701 Carnelian St. Sprouts will join Walgreens, Del Taco and several other shops and services at the well-established neighborhood center.

Progressive Real Estate Partners’ Brad Umansky and Paul Galmarini marketed the property, and exclusively represented the lessor in the transaction. Western Retail Advisors’ Ryan Sullivan advised the lessee.

Umansky says, “The store will be a welcome addition to both the shopping center and the surrounding health conscious community when it opens next year.”
