St. Petersburg Apartment Building Trades for $12M

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $12-million sale of Waterside Village, a 102-unit apartment property in St. Petersburg.

Located at 3600 49th Avenue North, the community was built in phases between the late 1970s and late 1980s. The property spans seven acres and received a complete renovation in 2019 and 2020.

Casey Babb, Luis Baez and Shawn Rupp in Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office represented the seller, a private investor, in the transaction. The buyer, a private investor, was also represented by Babb, Baez and Rupp.
