Starbucks is partnering with Budweiser’s brew-maker Anheuser-Busch InBev, but not for alcoholic beverages. Anheuser-Busch will produce, bottle, and distribute ready-made bottled Teavana tea drinks.
In 2012, Starbucks purchased Teavana for $615.8 billion. The pair’s bottled drinks will hit the shelves in grocery stores and convenience stores early next year.
This move will further enhance Starbucks’ strong sales of Teavana products, which have experienced an 11% year-over-year growth, with more than $1 billion in sales.
