Steadfast Acquires Kentucky Land for Independent, Assisted, Memory Care Facility

An affiliate of Irvine, CA-based Steadfast Companies purchased five acres of land in Lexington, KY for $2 million, and plans to develop an independent living, assisted living and memory care facility. The site located along Polo Club Drive is part of the Hamburg Place Community.

The planned development will include a total of 124 units, including independent living, assisted living and state-of-the-art memory care. The 160-acre Hamburg Place Community includes businesses, shops and restaurants that run along I-75. The land was previously a horse farm, also named Hamburg Place.

The seller, POLO 1, LLC, was represented by KIG CRE’s Susan Tjarksen, Todd Stofflet and Jason Stevens.

“KIG and its sales team have been a part of many of the land sales for developments at Hamburg Place,” said KIG CRE’s Stofflet. “This development will be a great addition to the market, and serve a growing need for luxury senior housing.”
