Foothill Ranch, CA.-based Stirling Capital Investments pre-leased a 447,740-square-foot industrial facility currently under construction at Southern California Logistics Centre (SCLC) in Victorville, CA. Two deals bring the building to 100% leased, three months before expected completion.
Arden Companies, a manufacturer and marketer of outdoor cushions, furniture and décor, is relocating from Rancho Cucamonga, CA into 211,000 square feet. Newell Brands is expanding into an additional 233,740 square feet of distribution space.
Stirling Development’s Brian D. Parno says, “The immediate success of this facility has led us to explore the next phase of development” at the 2,500-acre complex entitled for 60 million square feet.
