Stirling Lands Major Tenants at SCLA with Boeing, UFI and ComAv

Stirling Capital Investments LLC completed three major lease transactions at Southern California Logistics Airport (SCLA) in Victorville, CA. The transactions total more than 620,396 square feet and were completed with The Boeing Company, United Furniture Industries (UFI) and ComAv Asset Management.

The Boeing Company signed a 66-month lease for 60,396 square feet at 13644 George Ave. The company will complete machine tooling work at the facility for its aircraft maintenance programs, relocating this business unit from a site in Orange County to support existing Boeing operations at SCLA. NKF’s Mark Kegans represented the tenant, while the landlord was self-represented.

United Furniture Industries (UFI) of Mississippi signed a renewal lease for a 505,000-square-foot facility at SCLA. The Bradco Companies’ Joseph Brady represented the tenant and CBRE’s Dedrik Pharis and Jay Dick advised the landlord.

Stirling completed a direct lease with ComAv Asset Management on a six-year extension for the company’s corporate headquarters location at 18499 Phantom West, Suites 11-18.
