Los Angeles-based Stockdale Capital Partners plans to redevelop about 10 acres in Old Town Scottsdale into the Scottsdale Collective. The project is seeking to “evolve and mature the greater entertainment district-area into a mixed-use district,” according to plans submitted to the City of Scottsdale.
Plans include redeveloping multiple parcels surrounding southeast corner of Scottsdale and Camelback roads with a mix of uses such as hotels, office, residential and retail, as well as incorporating public art. The developer envisions building 580,451 square feet of commercial space and 512 units of residential at Scottsdale Collective.
At the City Center site (pictured): plans encompass a 214-key hotel tower, a 116,500-square-foot residential tower and 41,000 square feet of retail space; at the Mint site, 116-room hotel and roughly 28,000 square feet of retail; and at the Maya Hotel site: a 165-key hotel, nearly 5,500 square feet of restaurant space, as well as transforming roughly 23,000 square feet of existing commercial space.
