Stockyards Redevelopment Secures First Tenant

The American Paint Horse Association is the first entity to sign a deal for space within the Fort Worth Stockyards Historic District, an area undergoing a $200-million redevelopment through a joint venture of Majestic Realty Co. and Hickman Cos.

The organization aims to move its headquarters into more than 11,000 square feet of adaptive reuse horse and mule barns by the end of 2018. VLK Architects is designing the corporate space to feature open work areas, private offices and a conference room.

NAI Robert Lynn’s Colt Power represented the American Paint Horse Association in negotiations.
