The William Warren Group Inc., developer of StoreQuest Self-Storage facilities, will plant its flag in Boulder, CO, with a 650-unit facility at Pearl Street and Foothills Parkway. Construction will begin soon on the acreage, once the site of Marv’s Quality Towing. The facility is scheduled for an early summer 2020 completion.
The 2.7-acre site at 4790 Pearl St. sold for $4.9 million. It is close to Google’s new campus, as well as new technology companies and apartments being built. The 59,000-square-foot facility will be smaller than other StorQuest facilities, which measure 100,000 square feet to 120,000 square feet. The building will also include 55 covered RV units.
Galloway & Co. is the architect on the project. Waner Construction is the general contractor.
