San Diego-based Stos Partners acquired a 22,000-square-foot mixed-use property in San Diego County’s Carlsbad Village. Encompassing retail, restaurant, creative office and residential space, the asset was acquired for $6 million from an undisclosed private firm.
The 90%-leased property is home to PAON, an award-winning local restaurant and wine bar, as well as a mix of retail and office tenants. The three-story asset was built in 2008, and includes a host of such desirable amenities as office suites with concrete floors and exposed HVAC, as well as a 2,000-square-foot community deck with panoramic views.
