Rockefeller Group, founded in 1928, is partnering with a fellow historic New York City institution – Strand Books, founded in 1927 – at the developer’s first hometown residential tower. The Strand will curate and stock the residents’ library, lounges and other common spaces at Rose Hill, a 45-story condominium tower currently finishing construction in NoMad.

“Strand Books is one of New York’s most treasured and historical literary institutions, and we’re proud to support our partner and the independent businesses that make up our great city,” said Meg Brod, Rockefeller Group’s SVP and head of development in the Northeast.

The Strand’s James Odum said, “Rockefeller Group has shown remarkable generosity in supporting local businesses like us, especially during this challenging time, and we are excited to be collaborating with such a prominent and legendary developer, who was founded in New York around the same time we were nearly a century ago.”
