Q3 2018 numbers for San Antonio’s office market have been released, with the overall trend that of continued healthy absorption, falling vacancies and a steady average rent. While job growth across the Alamo City and surrounding environment was mixed, investment sales have decreased, according to an NAI Partners report. According to CBRE analysts, Class A space continues to be in demand, especially with USAA and other large tenants expanding their downtown footprints.
