Subaru of America signed a long-term lease for a 550,000-square-foot build-to-suit building at Majestic Realty Co.’s Majestic Commercenter in Aurora, CO. The 1,600-acre master-planned park is located at the northeast quadrant of the intersection at I-70 and Tower Road, continuing east to E-470.
Subaru plans to relocate from a smaller facility nearby and expand into the new regional office, parts distribution and technical training center for retail service technicians.
With design being completed over the summer, groundbreaking is scheduled for late 2020 with completion of Subaru’s full buildout and occupancy in late 2021. The building will feature 36-foot ceiling clearance, 70-foot speed bays, 115 dock doors and will have significant signage along the I-70 frontage.

Majestic also says a retail complex is now underway at the park’s 32nd and Tower Road entrance. Majestic Tower Crossings is planned for up to 15 retailers and hospitality tenants, including at least one hotel, as the 32-acre site expands in the coming years.
