Mark and Pennie LLC acquired a 14,490-square foot retail property located in the Seattle suburb of Everett for $5.6 million. The seller was Sandpiper Properties LLC.
The property is occupied by Walgreens Drug Store under a long-term lease established in 2003. The property is located 25 miles north of Seattle, at 11216 4th Ave.
Colliers International’s Jon Busse and Derek Heed represented both parties in the transaction.
Busse says, “The property is well-located in the highly desirable Pacific Northwest, offering the new ownership the benefit of ongoing growth in the greater Seattle area and an established high-credit tenant.”
