Subway Relocating to Miami’s Doral Concourse

Subway Latin America & Caribbean, which oversees franchises of the Subway restaurant chain throughout those areas, is relocating to 21,111 square feet at Doral Concourse in Miami. The deal brings the six-story, 240,950-square-foot office building to 97% leased.

Located at 8400 Doral Blvd. in Miami’s Airport West market, Doral Concourse recently underwent a capital improvement program consisting of renovations to the ground-floor lobby and upper-floor common areas. Subway plans to relocate 65 employees from Airport Financial Center at 700 South Royal Poinciana Boulevard in Miami in Q4 2017.

Compass’ Liz Hogan represented the tenant. Cushman & Wakefield’s Gordon Messinger represented the landlord, New York-based DRA Advisors, LLC.

Messinger says, “Credit-worthy tenants continue pushing west into the Doral market, and Doral Concourse has been the most popular landing spot.”
