Cushman & Wakefield arranged the sale of 175 E. Main St., a 25,302-square-foot medical office building in the Suffolk County community of Huntington, NY. Deal terms weren’t disclosed.

Melville, NY-based Senior Director Gary Pezza represented the seller, Commander Enterprises-Huntington LLC, in the transaction.

“This property’s excellent tenant base – a variety of medical professionals – makes it a sound investment,” said Pezza. “Having a strong tenant roster is extremely important when making any real estate investment, especially under the current conditions the world is facing.”

175 E. Main is a two-story medical office building sitting on 2.57 acres with 146 parking spaces. Current tenants include a variety of medical professionals and services including laboratories, cardiologists and pulmonary experts. The property is strategically located less than one mile away from Huntington Hospital and downtown Huntington Village.
