167th Street @ Lone Elm, a fully-leased, 601,829-square-foot bulk distribution facility in the Kansas City suburb of Olathe, KS has been sold. Sealy & Company purchased the asset from Canada’s Sun Life Assurance Company and its real estate advisor, Bentall Kennedy (U.S.) Limited Partnership.
Situated on 40 acres at 22101 West 167th St., the facility is in the South Johnson County submarket, Kansas City’s top submarket. The property is close to Interstates 35 and 435, Logistics Park Kansas City Intermodal Facility and the New Century Aircenter.
HFF’s Adam Herrin, Stephen Bailey and Sean Fogarty, a licensed Kansas real estate broker, represented the seller. HFF co-brokered the sale with Kessinger/Hunter & Company, LC.’s Dan Jensen.
