Surge Homes broke ground on Museum BLVD, a 50-unit condominium mid-rise in the Montrose/Museum District submarket in Houston. The $11-million development at 4819 Caroline St. will reportedly sell affordable condominiums, with prices ranging from $140,000 to $340,000. The median home value in the submarket is $745,000.
Local developer Surge Homes already has Parc at Midtown and Upper Richton under development. Museum BLVD is the third of several Surge Homes projects slated to open in Houston’s Inner Loop. The move-in date for Museum BLVD is scheduled for 2018.
The development will offer lofts, one and two-bedroom units, and penthouses ranging from 420 square feet to 1,099 square feet.
