Hunt Companies Inc. and WestStar have signed Japanese restaurant Sushi Itto to a space at WestStar Tower. The restaurant has leased 3,600 square feet of space on the ground-floor Hunt Plaza level of the new 20-story office building in downtown El Paso.
“We couldn’t be more excited to open the first Sushi Itto concept in the U.S. at WestStar Tower,” said Arturo R. Alluin, entrepreneur and president of AO Ventures, LLC, the partnership that owns the El Paso Sushi Itto franchise.
The Alluin Group, which manages the AO Ventures LLC partnership, has signed several development agreements with different restaurant concepts for El Paso and currently operates The Melting Pot. Sushi Itto is the newest addition to the portfolio locally.
Other tenants committed to the WestStar Tower project include Corralito Restaurant, HUB International, W. Silver Recycling, Windstar LPG, WestStar Bank and Hunt Companies.
