Sustainability PropTech Firm Relocating San Diego HQ

Measurabl plans to relocate its headquarters in downtown San Diego in Q2 2019. The real estate sustainability software company founded in 2013 signed a 9,260-square-foot lease at 707 Broadway St., a 19-story office building owned by Emmes Realty Services.

Measurabl will be occupying the full 10th floor in an open floor plan that will include a variety of collaborative conference rooms, break areas and a full kitchen. The firm previously occupied space in the Hancock District’s Mission Brewery Plaza Building.

Stream Realty Partners’ Bret Morriss, Aidan James, and Sam Sukut represented the tenant. Cushman and Wakefield’s Derek Hulse and Phillip Roberts advised the landlord.

James says, “It’s exciting to see Measurabl continue to encourage and facilitate sustainability practices and grow their reach nationally and internationally. Their growth will be supported in an environment tailored to their immediate and future needs.”
