In a move to complement its existing holdings in Southern California, Swift Real Estate Partners picked up a three-project office portfolio in Carlsbad for $30.4-million. The portfolio, consisting of Carlsbad Airport Plaza, Camino West Corporate Park, and La Place Court, was approximately 65 percent leased at the time of sale.
Louay Alsadek, Hunter Rowe, Andrew Taylor, Roger Carlson and Larry Cambra of CBRE represented the seller, Brandywine Realty Trust. San Francisco-based investor Swift represented itself.
CBRE’s San Diego team of Alsadek, Rowe and Taylor was responsible for 13 institutional office and industrial sale transactions, totaling approximately $454 million in combined consideration last year.
