Commercial construction and construction management services firm Swinerton Southeast has hired Sean Sticher, Andy Abrams and James Ramseur in the firm’s Charlotte office.
Sean Stichter joins the Swinerton Southeast team as a senior project manager with more than 15 years of experience. Andy Abrams joins as a superintendent for Swinerton Southeast’s Charlotte office and will be responsible for effectively scheduling, supervising and communicating with subcontractors as well as monitoring the delivery of equipment and materials. James Ramseur joins the team as a project manager in Charlotte where he is responsible for subcontractor procurement, applications for payment, subcontractor invoice review and processing, submittal management, schedule maintenance, document control and compliance, and quality control.
