Tallest Downtown Condo Breaks Ground

Madison Equities started construction April 26, 2017, on what it calls the tallest condominium tower in Downtown Manhattan.

The 65-story tower at 45 Broad will rise 1,100 feet above Manhattan’s Financial District. Madison is developing it with partners Gemdale USA and Pizzarotti Group. Designed by architecture firm CetraRuddy, the project will also create two new public elevator entrances to the subway station at Broad Street.
