Cushman & Wakefield has brokered the $34.1 million sale of TriPointe Plaza, a three-building, mixed-use project in Tampa’s Westshore Business District.
The fully-leased development consists of a 46,708-square-foot office building, a structured parking garage and 30,850 square feet of retail space, including Eddie V’s Prime Seafood & Steaks. The office component of TriPointe Plaza is a four-story building completed in 2008. Tenants include Synovus, Benchmark International and BNY Mellon.
Mike Davis, Rick Brugge, Jason Donald, Patrick Berman, Rick Colon, Todd Tolbert, Zachary Eicholtz and Ryan Jenkins of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Tampa-based investment and property management firm Cardinal Point Management, in the transaction. The buyer was The Feil Organization, a New York-based investment, development and management firm.
