Tangram Developers Top Out on MXU’s Final Piece

Tangram House West, the final piece of the 1.2 million-square-foot Tangram mixed-use development in the Flushing neighborhood of Queens, has officially topped out at 13 stories. Sales at the condominium tower are scheduled to launch late this spring.

The 132-unit Tangram House West has reached completion “on the heels of incredibly successful sales at our first residential condominium offering, Tangram House South,” said Helen Lee, EVP of F&T Group, which is developing Tangram with SCG America. Tangram House South is already more than 95% sold, she added.

The developers have achieved comparable success with Tangram Tower, an office condo property that is 80% sold with closings scheduled to begin later this month. Once complete, Tangram will feature Flushing’s first Renaissance hotel and a multi-screen theatre operated by Regal Cinemas, along with 275,000 square feet of high-end retail and a food hall.
