A Target-anchored shopping center is on the market in San Bernardino.
Hanley Investment Group is marketing the development, called Seven Trees Shopping Center, which totals 150,338 square feet. Seven Trees is currently 87-percent leased. Other tenants in the center include Baskin-Robbins, the County of San Bernardino, Payless ShoeSource and Sally Beauty Supply.
Hanley will actively market the project later this week at the International Conference of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Western Division Conference in San Diego, at booth 1521. Kevin Fryman, a senior vice president at Hanley, is heading up the efforts to sell Seven Trees.
